Wings of Trouble

Meta Quest VR Game

Design Process

This project was showcased at Carnegie Mellon’s 3rd Extended Reality Technology Center Symposium, where it was presented as a live interactive demo. I developed intuitive bird-inspired flight mechanics and a teleportation-based navigation system to support comfortable, immersive VR exploration.

Level design focused on indirect player guidance—using environmental cues rather than explicit instructions—allowing first-time users to understand and complete the experience in under three minutes, a result validated through playtesting. The project also features custom start and end UI screens, along with spatial audio integration to enhance immersion and overall user experience.
